Cabernet Sauvignon

Tobacco, Bing cherries, leather and a hint of strawberry on the nose.  There’s a nice presence of fruit, but it’s not a fruit bomb.  Cherries, blackberries and plum are well blended on the palate.  It’s very well balanced.  The finish is silky smooth with a bit of pepper. 

Zinfandel

The aroma of this wine is like drawing a nice cigar across your upper lip, tobacco and earthiness. The flavor has some real zing. The fruit on the flavor tastes like it isn't quite ripe and there is some general tanginess.

Merlot

This Merlot opens with aromas of berry and black cherry, as flavors of assis and brown spice linger on the smooth finish.
