Merlot

This wine has been aged for 9 months in small French and American oak barrels.  Bright raspberry red in colour with berry, blackcurrant and cinnamon aromas, this dry, firm and full-bodied Merlot has a long and lingering finish.  Ideal with salads, pasta, white and red meats.

Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc is deep yellow-green in colour and features gooseberry, pineapple and citrus aromas.  this concentrated wine is fresh, balanced and intensely fruity.  Ideal with salads, pasta, fish and also hot and spicy cuisine.

Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine has been aged for 9 months in small French and American oak barrels.  Bright ruby red in colour, with hints of green pepper and chocolate, this elegant Cabernet has a long and lingering finish.  Ideal with pasta, red meats, game and cheese.

Carmenere

This Carmenere features a deep purple red colour, intense red berry aromas with rich caramel and vanilla notes.  The wine was aged for 8 months in small oak barrels providing round velvety tannins, spicy nuances and intense ripe fruit characters.  Ideal with pasta, salads, soft cheeses, red and white meats
