    Product Description

    Fish Eye

    Cabernet Sauvignon

A bit minty and tart, but with enough cherries and spices to satisfy. Medium-bodied but rich. Fruit-forward with a touch of herbs and pepper. There’s something easy and fun about this wine.

    Chardonnay

Floral, slightly sour nose with spicy vanilla, peach, and tropical notes. The taste isn't overly sour, but still refreshing with oak presence; good acidity, tingly on the tongue, nice fruit finish.

    Shiraz

Generous ripe berry fruit leads to a lush, soft, balanced finish.

    Pinot Grigio

    Ripe peach and tropical fruit.
A perfect match with Korean BBQ ribs with spicy tofu soup or teriyaki chicken with a side of potstickers.

    Merlot

Ripe plums and currants with a nose of smoky oak.  Share a bottle with friends and feast on some spaghetti bolognese with meatballs or four-cheese lasagna with herb and garlic bread.

    Moscato

Juicy peach and pineapple with hints of honey on the nose.  A great companion to garlic-pepper pork with jasmine rice and chili crab with spicy noodles.

    Pinot Noir

Juicy raspberries with a touch of cinnamon and spice.  An ideal match with grilled salmon with stir-fry vegetables and breaded tilapia filets with tartar sauce.

    Riesling

Fresh picked apricots with floral aromas.  A tasty accompaniment to shrimp pad thai, curry chicken and garlic naan.

    Sauvignon Blanc

Very punchy, and bright, almost a bit too much.  There’s plenty of grapefruit and lime, and some of it a bit pithy.  There’s a minor bit of that coconut smell remaining.   Completely bone dry, this is a bit on the strong side.  There’s not much depth, but the wine is undeniably bright, and some how also full on the tongue.
